Your data protection rights (GDPR)
Last updated: 7 April 2026
This page summarises how you can exercise rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in connection with the AKOX AI service operated by SOFTASY – Digital Thrill. For full details on what data we process and why, see our Privacy Policy.
1. Who is responsible?
The data controller for personal data processed through AKOX AI is SOFTASY – Digital Thrill. We decide why and how your data is processed when you use our Service.
2. Your main rights
Subject to conditions in GDPR, you may have the right to:
- Access — obtain confirmation whether we process your data and receive a copy;
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure (“right to be forgotten”) — request deletion where applicable;
- Restriction — limit processing in certain cases;
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format where processing is based on contract or consent and is automated;
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling in some cases;
- Withdraw consent — where processing is consent-based, without affecting prior lawful processing;
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (see below).
3. How to submit a request
Send your request to the contact email published on our website or in the Service (support or privacy inbox). We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling requests (e.g. to protect your account from unauthorised access). We will respond within one month in principle, extendable by two further months where complex, as permitted by GDPR.
4. AI-related processing
When you use AI features, we process prompts and related data to deliver the Service. You can request access to or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (e.g. retention for defence of legal claims). Outputs may be mixed with non-personal content; we will assist within our technical and legal possibilities.
5. Supervisory authority
If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Romania, the supervisory authority is:
Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP)
Website: www.dataprotection.ro
Lodging a complaint is without prejudice to any administrative or judicial remedy.
6. Data Protection Officer
Where we appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO) or a dedicated privacy contact, the details will be published on our website. Until then, direct GDPR requests to the general privacy or support email indicated in the Service.
